Meet the team

Holly Beattie is a communications specialist with over 10 years experience. She has worked with senior UK politicians such as former Housing Minister Sally Keeble, and Shadow Minister for Mental Health Abena Oppong-Asare MP. Holly holds a First Class degree in Journalism and a Masters in International Relations. She has worked with national and international charities to deliver PR and communications strategies on issues including health inequalities, human rights, and education.

Lauren McDonald is an experienced political organiser and campaigner, who has worked on local and national campaigns. She was the Organiser in Leeds North West from 2018 to 2020, where she helped secure a historic victory for Labour in the 2019 General Election, with a majority of over 10,000 votes. From 2020 to 2022, Lauren worked as the Borough Organiser for Tower Hamlets Labour where she led the campaign strategy and coordination for the mayoral and local elections.

Jemma Franks is a visual content creator currently working in the legal industry to produce video, animation, graphic design, and print elements. She has a degree in Film and Media and over 5 years experience working in the field using Adobe Suite. In her spare time Jemma has supported the success of national and international NGO's with her eye for compelling campaign content and innovative audiovisual elements.
